P.S. Bill sent the picture above last week. It was taken by his wife Elizabeth. They’re wrapping up their visit to the ranch at Gualfin and will return to Ireland. I’ve also learned from his son Will that the last wine to be bottled was the smallest batch ever (due to a bad frost). The pre-sale for the limited 2023 vintage is now open here.
