BPR issues many great pieces on the increasing debt - which highlight the need for concern. If possible would be great to get some insight into how much of this debt is issued at fixed low interest rates and thus increasing rates are not much of a concern to someone with a 2.75% 30 yr mortgage or similar car loan. Yes my sweet Dorothy, couldn’t agree more! My wife and I are looking at different areas of the Caribbean and South America. So many of my friends are doing the same and many of us will move close together as we do now, knowing we have power in numbers. It breaks our hearts and souls to see what has happened here, and to leave our America, but we all know it’s not America anymore, and we all agree bad days are ahead. Unfortunately my dear Dorothy, you and yours won’t see it coming, but hey, only the smart Jews left Germany when a mad man took charge, we have two parties of mad men…and women of course…good luck 🙏
