Another fine day in paradise. Stopped by Sams Club this morning and picked up some paper towels, a gallon of milk, and some zip lock bags, also topped off my gas tank. My grand total was $156. (Member’s Mark Brand, I might add).

Whoooo! 😂 Wow, it’s gonna get a lot hotter! Hahaha!

No one ever talks about private equity, or derivatives. It’s all about the stock market. Why is this?

The United States of America, Inc. has one of the greatest pools of untapped talent and resources, yet somehow it is all for naught because some "anointed" individuals who control the ones and zeros that constitute wealth are "pulling levers behind the curtain." If we put up with this, then we (meaning the 80 to 90% collective that is oblivious) absolutely deserve to be slapped down hard. Really hard! Truth must penetrate like an arrow and it will most likely hurt like hell.

An interesting day when our Church presented the proposed budget. Preceding it a very wholesome looking fellow from the Churches' lender offered an opportunity to invest with their company. They lend to churches that have less than top credit at a bit higher interest rate. The company offers 2.1% on 36 month investments. Seems to me that to have a pool of cash to lend from these companies will need to at least match inflation to attract funds. And the borrowers who have no alternatives will need to pay much higher rates. Our church loan resets in 2 years from 6% to ?. Another storm cloud on the horizon.

"God knows what else."

Spot on Bill. GOD is the only one that knows. He may even be ORCHESTRATING it.

He used the Assyrians to put down the Apostate Israelites in Ephraim and Judah and then used the Babylonians to put down the Assyrians and send the Judahites to Babylon. Then He used the Persians to put down Babilonia and send the Judeans that wanted to return to Judeah back to their land. Greece and Alexander the Great was in there at some time with the Persians.

Maybe, He is using Russia vs Ukraine in some mysterious way. Just saying!

About Hurricanes and Florida, I have lived in Florida 33 years. Hurricanes do more damage to Texas, Louisianna, and the Coastal States above the Meson-Dixon line than any place else. I think all the Hype about Florida Hurricanes is created to keep people from moving to Florida. Hurricanes are not that damaging except to the coastal areas. What's damaging is the Tornadoes that hurricanes spawn. I have lived here 33 years and have been through all the hurricanes during that time period. Southern and Central Florida receive the damage and occasionally the Panhandle. Our News Media live for Hurricane Season: so, they will have something to talk about.

We have a phenomenon here called "SNOWBIRDS". SNOWBIRDS are families that live in Cold-Winter parts of the USA. They own property there and in Florida. They spend winter in Florida and the rest of the year in their home States. Don't get the idea that we don't like them. We LOVE visitors to Florida. They spend money and then go home. Most of them are from Northern Coastal States. People that live in North Central States tend to like the Cold winters and Hot summers and stay there. God Bless them. They like to vacation in Florida for a couple weeks, spend money, and then go home.

Most parts of the USA have weather problems. The Western States have Earthquakes, Heat, Drought, Mudslides, and Fires every year. The Central States have Tornadoes, Snow, and Floods every year. The South-Central States have Hurricanes, Floods every year. The North-Eastern States have Hurricanes, Blizzards, and Floods. Alaska has snow and cold most of the year. Hawaii has good weather most of the year along with Tropical Storms.

I spent 44 years in Southern California and experienced five Earthquakes. I will take a hurricane or tornado over an earthquake anytime. Earthquakes give no warning. At least with a hurricane or tornado you have some warning if you want to leave. Just Saying! Florida Jimmy.

I checked out the 390,000 new jobs in May 2022. White Collar 41%, Blue Collar 40%, Government 17%. I actually thought Government would be the highest.

Non-productive: {Leisure and Hospitality, Professional and Business Services, Healthcare and Social Assistance (Welfare), Information (Goggle, etc.), Financial, and Utilities} 66% of 41%.

Productive: {Construction, Transportation and Warehousing, Wholesale Trade, Mining and Logging, and Manufacturing (5%)} 42% of 40%

Government should probably be added to Non-productive: although a small percentage of Government could be Blue Collar.

RETAIL TRADE: (Mom and Pop included) equaled -18%. Just saying! Florida Jimmy.
