After birthing a successful business an entrepreneur's next step is to build a moat to repel the competition. Two ways to go about building a moat; 1) the honest way using human ingenuity, 2) the dishonest way enlisting the help from Politicos in government (i.e. think government regulations). Number two is fascism and its been aggressively used in America since the days of Lincoln. Yes, number two has that same rank smell as what gets flushed down the toilet :-)

"The people run democratic governments, but fascist governments run people."

If that's true, the USA has been fascist since 1964 and the so-called Civil Rights Act, and it's been downhill ever since. Best always. PM

Agree brother Paul, the beginning of the break-down of the AA family, and the beginning of a massive government caused fraud policy taking control of the children as financial supporters. Our government is very good at doing nothing good for our middle class, and has a terrible record of doing anything good( except for themselves) for we the people in general. As we see in America today, the government has been a really poor father figure for their dependents. I guess they no longer want the responsibility of paying child support, and would like to pass their created burden on us 🤔…Equity? Really? Since we are no longer created equal, it may be time to use our superior intellect to take our nation back from our extremely destructive leaders 🇺🇸

It's been fascist for a lot longer than that, or more accurately, it has had a good mix of fascism in its politics for a lot longer. All you have to do is acquaint yourself with the FDR administration.

Let us not forget that we are not alone... There is a God in Heaven, above, whose primary attribute is love! There is also an enemy, below, whose primary attribute is hate. And the latter's aim has always been to destroy human civilization forever.

It is a fool's errand to think that us humans can correct the evil which has continued to raise its ugly head throughout all of human history. This cannot be done solely by means of our own hands.

There is a war between good and evil! We must therefore fully understand which side is which, and then stand with the good.

Propaganda has bastardized the definition of fascism much like liberal and more recently vaccine. Truth be told, Lincoln was the U.S. governments first fascist dictator. A Meritocracy is a dead end when no one wants to buy what you're selling so they resort to fascism out of necessity. If it wasn't for the institutionalized system of graft the Politcos would be panhandling. I'm not saying anything the parasitic class doesn't already know.

As the late, great Ayn Rand said concerning inheritance taxes, where the proponents of this tax considered it unfair that a few family members get to inherit a vast sum of wealth that "they did not earn" themselves, she said, and I'm paraphrasing: all that you accomplish by distributing the wealth to more people is to populate the world with 50 parasites instead of one, or something to that effect. Of course, she also made the point that the person who created the wealth has the right to give it to whomever he wants to. She also recounted a popular saying around the turn of the 20th century - "from shirtsleeves to shirtsleeves" in three generations. In other words, the first generation created the wealth through hard work, perseverance, talent, etc. If the second generation did not learn this lesson, they lived off the wealth and squandered it in their lifetimes, leaving the third generation with nothing and having to learn the lesson of wealth creation all over again. People like Senator Warren are essentially fascists who believe that just because they get elected, they get to call all the shots. While they don't literally put a gun to your head, they essentially do the same thing by passing laws and regulations that confiscate your wealth.

Imagine making a pour over cup of coffee for yourself. It likely results in a good cup of coffee. Now those same grounds get poured over again to “maximize coffee value”. If you have had the coffee that was fresh (You had the first cup) previously, you will know that the second pour over results in a substantially inferior cup of coffee. Now, who in the United States gets the economic first cup of coffee? Around 2 to 4 percent of the population (Generational wealth, politicians, select executives, and the small slice of self made wealth). What does the remainder of the population receive? The second cup of coffee with the first group barking about how awesome it is and you should be able to thrive economically as a result.

Well brother Matthew, seems like us middle class pay for the coffee, and the Elite and politicians get the first cup, the poor and ignorant get the second, and we get a cup of water, just hot enough to burn our silent lips…

Bill, in a few words you describe the wisdom of the overview you provide. For decades I was caught up in the maelstrom, fighting the changing winds. At last I see, and the picture ain't pretty. So glad you're talking to us.

Do you ever ponder upon, what details and scenarios will go through the minds of your grandchildren, in 30 years time, as to societies, respect for others and surviving their daily waking & sleeping hours, in the world or on Mars in 2053?

As an aside ‘53, that’s 3,120 weeks away...

Senator Warren has made much money herself shaking down the financial industry, she's a multimillionaire. We'd all be better off without the unpayable debt AND the Fed.Let's close the latter and declare a jubilee.

On another note, it's not what you make but what you keep. The poor and middle class are not taught how to keep but how to spend and enter into liability based dept.

I was not well educated by today's standards, however as one of 7 children we learned how to make a buck very early on. I have to admit, I was lazy instead of working my tale off, I found it easier to glom onto a relative who seemed wealthy. What I soon learned the fellow was not wealthy he'd figured out how to keep more than others.

Our current system allows for those in the most debt to pay no taxes, as long as that debt is classified as an asset. Pretty much an insane system that has allowed a fellow with a C+ grade point average to live very comfortably.

If only the Chicago school system taught the same debt /wealth system, there'd be a lot less shootings or at the very least the guns and ammo and associated court costs might be classified as a tax write off.

Mr. Kennedy's rely to E Warren should have gone like this: For someone who scammed the system claiming to be Native American. Why hasn't your position been parlayed into multi millions?

For god's sake even the former waitress AOC is a millionaire at this point, while the avowed socialist Bernie Sanders has 4 homes worth in the millions!
