I suggest you search "Clinton Sock Drawer Case" and read the judge's ruling in that matter (a judge that is now sitting on our Supreme Court mind you).

Read the decision I referred to above and you will learn that it isn't necessary for anyone to have been in the White House or be involved in meetings or daily rituals to know that this dog isn't going to hunt. The Espionage Act of 2017 simply doesn't apply. And, the ruling to allow the prosecution pierce attorney client privilege based on the "Crime-Fraud Exception" is going to be overturned because there are elements that need to be present in order for the exception to be in play. Those elements didn't exist in this case so the testimony that Jack "The Ripper" Smith (a disgraced prosecutor) relies on heavily in his indictment is going to be ruled out which will gut his case. When that ruling comes down during the upcoming litigation I will be waiting for your apology and an admission that your law degree isn't worth the paper it's not printed on.
