“The USA is a very rich country,” continued Tom.” The USA has many “Rich” people, but is a bankrupt third world shithole now. Most haven’t noticed yet 🤔

I am a Canadian and any invasion by the US after it's Mexico conquest can't be any worse than nincompoops we have currently in government right now.

The FBI, and most of the alphabet agencies, should not even exist. The FBI in particular, has always been used as a political tool, even after J. Edgar was dead. This is all the fault of CONgress, most of whom are rather "slow." If you go back to original causes, it's really the fault of the seventh church, Laodicea. If they hadn't rejected the message in 1888, none of the horrors of the 20th century would have happened. Stay tuned, God is working on that.

All Congresses and Parliaments have a kindly feeling for idiots, and a compassion for them, on account of personal experience and heredity.

-Mark Twain's Autobiography; also in Mark Twain in Eruption

It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress.

-Mark Twain, Pudd'nhead Wilson's New Calendar

P.S. The FBI agents will probably receive a medal, and a promotion, for their fine work.

LOVE THE PICTURE.

Isn't that a picture of the gentleman who decided that installing a ULB (Underwater Locator Beacon) in the Titanic sub submersible was an unnecessary expense? A ULB pings for 90 days, works down to 20,000 feet, and has a range of 2,000 to 4,000 yards (a much bigger needle in the ocean haystack). Runs on battery power. All aircraft have them. Actuated by water (hull implosion or throw it into a bucket of water). Hard to believe this wasn't standard equipment!

Hi Mr. Baldwin -

I guess his local Dollar General store was all sold out of those during the construction phase...

Great comment! That was the first question I asked too!

WOW! I'm very saddened to know what you just revealed.

Sadder still is what happened. Apparently, the sub imploded.

What a sad state of affairs.

RE: Young “leadership”

Reminds me of why the young nation of Israel under Solomon split into two nations under his son (1 Kings 12).

I queried why some students taking their Gcse exams were allowed 25% extra time to complete their paperscomparedti the regular students. The exam ifficer explained that they had been assessed as slow toprocess information and needed extra time to complete the examinationabd ti ensure fairness when would be employers assessed their results - when I said that ti be trulyfair to the employer they should be able to pay 20% less to the extra time candidates to reflect the slower thought process she thought that would be unfair 😳unfair towho I asked- she said government should put in place scemes ti compensate smaller employers whi employ soweer employees- we’re clearly domned as Corporal Fraser friom Dads Army accurately predict edal those years ago

Canadians (British ) kicked your ass the last time you tried that. Do you folks never learn from the past?

Hire both the 50 year old white engineer and the 25 year old gay (happy) millennial, then you’ll get a taste of both worlds.

The 50 year old will find the lost sub stuck and tangled inside the Titanic and let everyone know they’re looking in the wrong place, the 25 year old will operate the underwater ROV and untangle, extricate the sub then winch it up. 😂

Speaking of digging deeper - read a recommendation to bet on the Argentines actually coming to their senses and electing a "libertarian" this year. The author wasn't suggesting the new leader would actually follow up on his/her promises, just that the market would bounce at the thought that someone might believe it.

Bill & Joel we have another "revision to the mean" analogy today but I suspect that the 'Pendulum' analogy is far more appropriate .. however high we've collectively risen just draw the graph in reverse it's a long long way down before we can recover. I hope I can survive long enough to see it!
