If you’ve signed up and your payment is confirmed but you haven’t received any e-mails from us, our emails are probably going to your Promotions folder (in G-mail) or perhaps your spam folder (in Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and others).
The best way to avoid this to add Bonner Private Research to your contacts in your email service. You can do this easily and quickly by responding to the first message you receive from us. You don’t have to write anything back. But if you want, put ‘adding to contacts’ in the body of the email.
Also, if you DO see an e-mail from us in your spam folder, mark it as NOT spam and your e-mail provider will send it to your inbox.
For a short video on how to do this in G-mail, click here.
If you use Outlook for e-mail, click here to learn how to Whitelist us.
If you use Yahoo Mail, click here.
If you’ve signed up, added us to your contacts, and marked us as NOT spam, and you’re still not receiving our emails, it’s possible your e-mail provider or Internet service provider (ISP) has flagged our emails as suspicious or fraudulent. What does that mean?
It means we’re sending the emails to you but your e-mail provider (it’s usually Outlook, Yahoo, and SBC.net) are preventing our emails from every reaching your inbox. This means our emails to you have been ‘dropped’ by your provider and you’ll have to contact them directly to resolve the issue.
We can determine if your email has been dropped by looking at your individual account. If you think that’s the case, please send a note to research@bonnerprivateresearch and we’ll investigate. If it IS the case, our suggestion is you set up a different, web-based email account and change your delivery address in your account settings.
We know that’s not the most convenient solution. But it can be hard getting a big company to change its policies about how it filters emails. We’ll keep trying!
