Speaking of cynicism I have to believe the government itself is cynical. I recently received an email from Medicare advising me to get the "updated" experimental mRNA COVID vaccine. Sometimes I get carried away with my cynical outlook but how cynical is a government advocate a "vaccine" that neither prevents transmission or infection.

Because it's not a "vaccine". Change the meaning of words, and you change the comprehension ability and choices of those you wish to control. Best always. PM

Together, we may be in a dead heat even for cynicism Atómico. Yesterday, there was Medicare billing fraud (PSA) public service announcement.

The scale of this fraud is estimated that the total losses to Medicare from urinary catheter scams have reached over $4 billion as of early 2024. The Office of Inspector General (OIG) highlighted that these scams are part of a broader pattern where scammers exploit vulnerabilities within the Medicare system, often using compromised beneficiary information to submit false claims.

Maybe when (if) our "government" starts running out of money to support criminal "migrants" they will start to crack down on the rampant FRAUD inherent in every government program, and that's just in Domestic programs.

Image the grift happening in the "Foreign Aid"...

I'm already a long-standing, card-carrying Cynicalist, while at the same time being a loyal, cheerful, card-carrying Optimist.

I believe this life is a prob-lem-ationary state, pure and simple. "We will prove them now herewith, whether they will…"

And the final result of this Great Plan of Happiness is that the vast majority of people will go to some kingdom of heaven.

Hell is a place that the few satanic sadists will enjoy. I wish them well, and we will enjoy having them well away from us; stabbing each other in the back for fun.

The animals and the earth itself will enjoy peace and "felicity".

As Ugo Beti said, "All the rules will be fair, and there will be wonderful surprises." and Emerson, "I learn to be content."

The kindest thing one could say about our "government" is that it no longer works as intended. That is beyond dispute. Why it no longer works is open to interpretation and argument, but the basic discrepancy between intent and functional result is both inarguable and demonstrable. Best always. PM

War is the primary cause of inflation and default globally over centuries. It might make us safer but Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and now the Ukraine has made us less safe so is it a safer bet?

Lower rates provides a continuous introduction of more money into an economic system through credit. But in order that this new money is used to buy goods or services it must be borrowed hence there is no effect upon one's richness if she borrows money because her debt has increased. However that new money competes with the prior amount of money, those with savings. So those with savings have lost purchasing power because they are competing with a greater amount of money and a greater ability to buy i.e. inflation.

It would be wonderful if Congress would take its responsibility seriously and control money and war! The primary question is why won't Congress grab its responsibility? Seems so many politicians are trying to grab all the power they can get their grubby hands on yet here in the US Congress won't usurp the power they have been given in the Constitution. Are they afraid?

CONgressman Ozzie Myers said : Money talks in this business and bullshit walks. Just follow the money. Our esteemed members of CONgress receive lots of donations, which used to be called bribes, from the MIC and the Banksters. They aren't about to bite the hand that feeds them. The beatings of the taxpayers will continue until our morale improves.

100% aligned with that..The only small adjustment I would recommend refers to MIC. Since (latest) the c19 scam I like to expand it to MPIC. Pharma has gained such enormous influence and obviously (e.g. via Darpa) is so closely intertwined with the Alphabets and the Military, I feel one can't oberestimate their reach.

Bill says "We are now engaged in two major wars... supplying material and intel. Most people are opposed to both of them"

I'd like to see Bill's source for that statement - I hope he's not just making up stuff again.

That's 2 statements. For which one (or both) are you seeking a "source"? Is the source trustworthy? The weather "people" told us over and over that Hurricane Milton was "packing" sustained winds of 125 mph. Friends of ours in Tampa, FL told us the winds were 75 mph when the storm landed. GUSTS occasionally hit 100. I am not saying that Hurricane Milton was not a dreadful phenomenon; it was, but the "information" about it was worse, perhaps intentionally so. Best always. PM

Right there with you, Mr. Paul. I have been watching the storm wind speeds closely for the last 3 years and comparing what our "media" says to actual data, provided by a real-time website called Windy.com. If you have a weather fetish, I highly recommend the site - tons of in-depth info and measurements without all the hyperbole. Anyway, the 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 wind speeds are consistently 20%-40% lower than what we are told, usually for the duration. By that I mean if you track a particular storm from when they start reporting on it, through landfall and beyond, the wind speeds actually recorded are ALWAYS significantly lower than the "forecasts" and/or "reports" on the media. This holds true even after the damage is done - they continue to report wind speeds that are in excess of what was actually measured and recorded. I have lived in Florida for basically my entire life and been through several dozen Hurricanes/Tropical Storms. I'm not trying to downplay their significance or danger - just making a valid observation about our "media."

It's almost as if they are doing all they can to stoke Fear and Panic - but we know they'd never do something like that.

Go ahead and call me a cynicalist, but I'm not cynicalcidal. I believe we are living in an age where 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻...

So giving hundreds of billions of dollars in weaponry, providing ISTAR (ISTAR stands for intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance. In its macroscopic sense, ISTAR is a practice that links several battlefield functions together to assist a combat force in employing its sensors and managing the information they gather.)

Yeah we're do these things but we are not a party to war. Take the blindfolds off buddy. Stop getting your "news" from corporate media. It's all bullshit.

By any Definition the US and Nato are direct war Parties.

They even have boots on the ground. Most advanced weapons provided to Ukraine couldn't be utilized without NATO-Handlers who in fact steer and operate them
