Really enjoyable as always Dan. About 15 months ago I met the CEO of K92 Resources onboard a flight. I asked him a little bit about his company and what he was up to. He had just attended and presented at the Diggers & Dealers Conference in Kalgoorlie. So I asked him, was there any other companies at the conference that caught his eye? He said yes, Gascoyne Gold (which in very short time, changed its name to Spartan Resources). I asked him why and he said the grades and the widths are quite impressive. He wasn’t wrong! I owe that man a beer 🍺. That’s my “mini me” Rick Rule story 😂

Why waste tax dollars subsidizing green energy when clean nat gas is so cheap. Cheap oil and nat gas allows the economy to expand.

Right, but the thing is Bob, 3 years ago I redid my kitchen appliances. I have this beautiful gas range that steam bakes bread and does anything else I want it to and apparently there are people in DC that want to make sure I never buy another one. For any number of corrupt reasons-obsolete tech, politicians on the take, we have areas in our country where the air is unhealthy and they are worried about me turning on a small flame for 15 minutes so I can enjoy a bowl of pasta for dinner. The ideology is bonkers.

Damn right the price of nat gas is a giveaway. Hard not to think the energy sector is now priced at a level, using Rick's time frame of 5-10 years, that will seem extremely cheap in the future.

Dan, I have just finished my third viewing of your interview with Rick Rule this week. I have to tell you that I smiled through the whole thing and laughed out loud at your humorous exchanges. You are clearly two very different individuals with divergent experiences, knowledge and personalities. The chemistry between the two of you is delightful. As to you; you are 1/2 my age age, but I consider you to be one of the best godfathers of my investment education. You are a nerd of the highest order, one of the most valuable people I could know (if only remotely). I hope the best for your personal life; you are clearly a good person, and I wonder about your physical isolation. As to Rick: what a bright light he is! I had no idea of his association with Everbank when I was an appreciative customer. I only learned about his leadership at Sprott from conversation with Bill Bonner's son, Ed, there this past year.

I hope I can keep my 80 year old brain active so that the end of my life will be the most satisfactory and my 10 thumbs functioning.
