Bill it looks like you are one of the tourists, yet we know you are a certified global traveler in good standing. You have over 25 years observing the comings and goings in Paris so I expect nothing is new for you. As for our president, what can I say, he is a unique personality for sure.....BUT I VERY MUCH like dealing with his back and forth comments as opposed to the BRAIN DEAD gal who could have won! Yes we are in for continued interesting times for the next two years.

I prefer someone who believes in small government, sound money, avoidance of foreign wars, transparency and fiscal responsibility, like Thomas Massie. Not to mention full transparency on the pedophiles protected in the Epstein files. Unfortunately it was the President and the Israel lobby who have made this an improbability. Perhaps their attempts at starting a third party will come to fruition.

Steve, you must have graduated from Bonner’s antisemitic school of retardation.

Well Patrick I am sure BOTH parties will work overtime to ensure there is NO THIRD party. It would destroy their control over the purse strings and power of the current system. "and the beat goes on" !

Cartero Atómico's avatar

Patrick, why the personal attacks on those with whom you disagree? Isn't Steve correct that there has been no transparency in regards to the Epstein blackmail operation files? Aren't you the least bit concerned how a mediocre school teacher, Jeffrey Epstein, acquired massive wealth and set up a honey pot operation to compromise politicians and business leaders?

Because he's got a serious mental illness. There is not a post on which he won't comment. No comment in which he won't rage. And no rage that he won't double.

There he sits in his trailer, unwashed for weeks. Unfed for days. Glued to his screen in case somebody comments and he doesn't have the second word. Or the last.

Not only has his sanity left him. His wife left him. His children left him. And they took the dog. Only 12 cats have stood by, waiting for the inevitable aneurism that will turn him into food.

For now though, the aneurism is taking it's sweet time. So he keeps going. Day after day, night after night, the same ritual, hit refresh, wipe the crust from the corners of his mouth with the same hand that just typed “COPE HARDER LIBTARD,” and dive back in.

Hundreds of walls of text, each one longer and more unhinged than the last, all of them boiling down to the same three ideas: everyone else is stupid, he alone sees the truth, and Bonner should be grateful for the free education he’s providing..

He genuinely believes the subscribers are here for him. Not Bill Bonner. Not Dyson. Not the actual content. Him. The self-appointed court jester of pure spite who crashes every thread like a supernova of unwashed ego.

He KNOWS that deep down they are all waiting for the next eruption of bile from the guy who smells like a dumpster fire and types like a stroke victim having a religious experience.

He doesn’t sleep so much as power-down between notifications. When the screen finally goes dark for a few hours he dreams in comment threads: endless nested replies where he is always winning, always the last word, always the smartest man in a room that contains only him and twelve indifferent cats who have already started eyeing the soft parts of his thighs.

And still he types. Still he refreshes. Still he invents fresh ways to call strangers mentally ill while sitting in a room that smells like the physical manifestation of psychosis. The irony is so thick it has its own gravitational field.

And when the final seizure finally drops him face-first into the keyboard, mid-sentence, still believing he is the center of the universe, the cats will begin their work without ceremony. The comment section will go quiet. The subscribers will breathe. And somewhere in the residual static of his dying hard drive, the last coherent thought will still be the same delusion that sustained him: they needed me....

...but they didn't. .

😂😂😂😂👏👏 Yes, he is a fool. Last month he threatened to hurt me physically with all his CIA connections. He always lets us know how connected he is!! I loved your reply.

I agree and we Americans that voted for DJT understand what we got but the rest of the world doesn't get his constant consternation. For those Americans that didn't vote for DJT, it's just a point in history that you will have to get over. In 2 years it will be your turn to vote in your dummy again.

Cartero Atómico's avatar

How about we Americans who didn't vote for either dummy? You understand what you got by electing Trump who had said he was going to reduce the federal debt and would not initiate more wars? Do you mean you knew Trump was just another politician who would lie to get elected?

Mark's avatar

If you didn't vote you can't bitch about what you ended up with. I voted and didn't get what I voted for. So what else is new with our political republic. The answer is that it's a disaster.

Cartero Atómico's avatar

I'm not bitching. I'm actually just enjoying the show. Dims and Repugs arguing who's better for the country while they stuff their pockets with bribes or as they call them "contributions".

But there is a theory that if you don't vote you have the right to bitch because the voters give credence to the Uniparty. Imagine if no one voted!

Mark's avatar

I'll vote for not voting if the rest of the voters would get in line and not vote either. That would be the ultimate FU message to our electorate. But chances are zero of ever happening, too much free stuff given away which promotes votes in the free category. So we are back to square 1. I will agree that bitching does help lower my blood pressure most of the time.

‘Where’s Bill?’

It could be a new book!

As a non-American, but frequently visitor, your President is a puzzle. But still I would have voted for him verses the alternative.

Good luck to us all.

Bill loves the Brain Dead people, but out of his compassion, he is not saying anything about them and looks for some other easy targets in his missives. Keep up good work man!

I no longer pay attention to bombastic (or boring) announcements. It has been a very long time since I trusted the news coming out of any administration. I look at the headlines of the day to see what's the latest thing the hucksters are trying to sell us. Then I go about trying to sell enough to keep my business afloat.

STEVE SHIRLEY's avatar

I use Ben Hunt’s approach and ask “Why am I reading this now!”

An Ol' LSO's avatar

Frankly, I do like Bill's thoughts. Many here just can't seem to get their heads around them. Reminds me of Romans 1:22 - "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." And, likewise, the quote of Andrei Martyanov - "You cannot explain to a moron that he is a moron because he is a moron". And, of course JFK's quote - "Too often we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought." Ya'all do know to whom I am speaking and it isn't ol' Billy Boy.

No reason to be “involved with” a self-avowed enemy that proves it around the world as the #1 state sponsor of terrorism with declared intent on destroying America, along with Israel?

Cartero Atómico's avatar

The #1 state sponsor of terrorism? Perhaps you missed Trump welcoming Ahmed al-Sharaa to the White House. Ahmed had recently been promoted from jihadi headchopper and ISIS leader to the Syrian presidency. Also, several government officials have admitted to using ISIS to overthrow the Assad regime. Perhaps the #1 sponsor of state terrorism is us? Even our great leader has described his possible coming actions on Iran as a form of terrorism: "locked and loaded and ready to go against the Islamic Republic of Iran, at levels of Military Terror, Strength, and Power not seen since World War II."

Tom Langdon's avatar

So, the best part, or maybe I should say the most interesting part of this missive, is Bill's description of the American tourist in Paris and his projections of their persona, which BTW reflects more about him than his American counterpart.

Angry Icebergs's avatar

From my dig I find Trump's foray into the "anti-Weaponization" fund.

Yielded the Trump family nothing.

Opponents of Trump claim it was a ruse to grant Trump tax audit immunity.

Which was indeed part of the original settlement won by Trump against the IRS.

A federal judge threw the whole thing out, including Trump's audit immunity.

-

Funding was never allocated; the Trump family did not receive any monies from this venture.

How about us poor idiot readers who suffer from PDS - Politician Derangement Syndrome? Is it our fault that we have been negatively affected by listening to propagandists like George Carlin and Frank Zappa? No one shielded us from their commie pablum like - "My #1 rule is I do not believe anything tbe government says" or "Politics is the entertainment division of the military industrial complex". Or that commie Bennie Hill who once gave the insidious response to a child's question "How do you know when a politician is lying" - "Watch their faces—you'll see the one who's telling lies is the one whose lips are moving".

It is surprising not to see more comments in this section on the self-serving deals of the Trump family. I, for one, am very disappointed. And now, Donald Jr. is also shown in a gold advertisement picture with Donald Sr., with Donald Jr. promoting / selling gold?

MICHAEL RIZZUTO's avatar

ALL I CAN SAY IS MAY GOD HELP US! It should be pointed out that God often allows people to be severely punished for their foolish and evil choices. I used to think what it might be like for Joe Biden on judgement day. It has taken me an entire lifetime, nearly 70 years, to tell as many lies as he did in one day. Now I think even God may be as confused as I am on DJT's judgment day!

Cartero Atómico's avatar

Don't you think that if there's a God anything like the one of the New Testament that Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, etc will be in deep trouble? Didn't Jesus teach concepts like love your enemies and blessed are the peacemakers? Plus "Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me." (Mark 9:37). How many little children have these presidents killed in their bombing campaigns?

Once again you avoid the question. Is the God of the New Testament is real won't Trump, Bush, Biden and Obama have hell to pay for the innocent children killed in their wars of choice? Nothing to do with atheism.

Nice pic at Deux Magots. We once stayed at Hotel au Manoir across the street. Nice hotel and neighbourhood. Hope it still is.

As for the bully pulpit, it is much more a pit of bullshit.

As usual Bill knows more about whats going on in Washington D.C , the Pentagon, TSCOUS, and anyother govt org. He is backed up by his mainstream media outlets like the N.Y Times and other bastions of b.s. He seems delighted to fantasize Iran winning even though theve been reduced to nothing but a few missles and their lying mouths. I have tried to quit reading your daily rants but every now and then I weaken. Wont let it happen again.

Cartero Atómico's avatar

If Iran has been reduced to nothing why is the Strait of Hormuz still closed?

I could close it myself with a rifle.
