Sometimes, reading Bill, you want to throw up your hands and say, “Oh God!”

Is the man a depressive. With all these chateaus, estates, farms and ranches and a schedule of Epicurean travel delights, does the man enjoy anything?

Recently, writing, I was endowed with a new perspective. You like to believe everything has meaning that there is evolution in the works of man. We are always looking for the promised land.

If we had done everything right, would everything be perfect. When I look around, I am astounded at the progress, the wonders of human ingenuity and effort. The other day, I contemplated the technology at our disposal and was amazed at the future we could have if economic freedom reigned.

But, if we were completely omniscient, completely moral, what would it all look like. It would be decidedly different; would we even like it.

I love life, the challenge. Nothing comes easy. The joys are exquisite.

It dawned on me… all this bullshit is unimportant. Life is individual, you do the best you can, you get rewarded.

Life is an individual test. You either pass or fail, are in The Kingdom of God or not; have “The peace the world cannot give” or not.

You need a little peace, Bill; something is missing, you hate everything.

Brother Xave, WANT to throw up my hands and declaim? I actually DO, over and over!

It wasn't always this way. Bonner was inherently and quietly optimistic and had a droll sense of understated irony in his exposition, which made the problems under discussion a little more bearable, but all that has given way to dogmatic and didactic preaching and moralizing, unbecoming in a purportedly economic newsletter nominally designed to help one through the maze. I am unable to account for the change in tone and purpose. I just know I'm struggling with it. Best always. PM

Yea, I like Bill; he has always been insightful and interesting. From time to time we all need a wake-up call.

The other day, in the gospel, a blind man was calling out to Jesus; making a nuisance of himself. Jesus asked, “What can I do for you.” “That I might see.”

Hit me hard, in my narcissism, I didn’t realize I was blind.

We all need a dose of truth from the source of truth; helps us see better.

I look back on my life and wonder, “why haven’t I suffered more?” It’s all in the mindset; no matter what occurs you can always decide to live in The Kingdom of God.

I don’t know Paul, but I’m thinking that Bill is throwing off his dear readers with his new rhetoric to distract us from the horrible financial advice that has helped so many here have zero gains for years, inflation adjusted of course 🤔. Either way, many of us have used our own intelligence over anyone’s advice and made millions these last five years 😊. At the end of the day we only have ourselves to blame for our actions and this site is still very enjoyable with all our good fellow readers and their knowledge:) Going forward, I’m continuing the same BS(according to non crypto believers) I’ve been telling everyone here for the past five years, and hope you buy some Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana next downturn and you will be so happy in a few years 😊 or continue with gold and cash and be exactly where you were five years ago…

Worst case indeed. Back in the Cold War, we still had many in the congress and government who were veterans of WWII and the Korean War, and they knew how awful and senseless it could be. Now even the Vietnam vets are retired or close to it, and the people calling the shots have no personal experience with how bad it could get, even for them personally. Thus, they seem willing to escalate conflicts that they should be doing all in their power to cool down, apparently under the impression that no one would ever really dare to stand up to the US, or that if they did, that we might actually lose. They seem to be ignorant of history, and proud of their ignorance!

Well said Gordon. Best President we had was Eisenhower. I think he stopped the fighting in Korea (not sure but I think so) and got the Armistice signed. He and Kennedy (both veterans) also saw how dangerous the military industrial complex and our intelligence agencies were becoming to world peace. Ike even warned us all as he left office to beware the military industrial complex. The global elites and the military industrial complex install their stooges (bushes, obama, biden) to start wars for their profit. I am sure they despise Trump because he is such a wild card that they can't control with their swamp.

Bob, there was a cease-fire, but never an official armistice. On top of that, we threw away all hope of actual victory (we are STILL bogged down in Korea, and North Korea still retains the USS Pueblo as a war trophy), when small-minded, big-ego Truman (D) canned Douglas MacArthur(R), because he, Truman, knew that victory would make MacArthur politically more popular than he. Stupidity is always compounded by vanity. And before we could get Korea properly put to bed, we started in Viet Nam. Politically, we've been incompetent a long time. Best always. PM

I did always appreciate Mr. Bonner's ability to understand cycles and trends, and his personal insight and experience made his writings, at least to me, valuable. I believe we have a better chance of staying out of war with Trump and Rubio, then we do with Biden(?) and Blinken. This is based history, 2016-2020. Put Iran on ice, and Isreal goes back to a defensive stance immediately. Follow the money. We keep talking about deportation and tariffs. Immediate deportation of the bad element is required of the President in order to protect American citizens, what Biden and Mayorkas allowed will go down in American history, as a disaster and a disgrace. Deportation creates leverage with Mexico that if they cannot stop the drugs and thugs coming into this country, then we will. No aid and no trade until they are fully on board. If we have to use targeted raids, drones, and intelligence on their soil, then so be it. As far as tariffs, they can also be used for leverage, with China, Brics, Europe, etc. Trump is a businessman, Biden and Deep State are murderers and thugs, who profit off of the non-elites. Trump will use all of the tools in his bag, in an effort, to fix this mess. It is not going to be easy, and the fight will be all up hill, but if he is willing fight, why not rally with him. The empty shell that was in the White House for the last four years did nothing for Americans or America.

Back in 2013, Barbara Pierce Bush, daughter of former U.S. President George W. Bush, secured approximately 4,000 acres of land in Uruguay for the Bush family.

Good job Barbara! The land is terra firma of the Guarani Aquifer, one of the largest freshwater aquifers in the world, spanning parts of Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. I don’t know whether or not Barbara sealed the deal with mineral and/or water rights related to this aquifer; though that is significant because they pertain to access to a vital resource that is crucial for both agricultural and personal use.

It is in the Ukraine. The company makes replacement parts for aging missiles. Guess who they do NOT sell missiles or parts to?

The facilities for major [Russian] warhead maintenance were all located in Ukraine. But even IF the Russian hierarchy were competent AND diligent in service and maintenance, none of their warheads could have seen major maintenance since 2014 when Ukraine cut them off. Russia tried building their own nuclear ballistic missile, the Satan II. So far out of 5 test flights, 4 have exploded.

There are four (4) things we can do with “risk”: accept it, ignore it, mitigate it, transfer it.

Personally, the Internal Revenue Service is a greater risk to me than ICBMs.
