Dear Reader,
The family and I will be on our way home to London soon. We’ll miss Argentina. The friends we’ve made. The little town we’ve grown to love. The mountain views. And the wine.
I never wrote about it, but the wine here is delicious. It’s common to have a glass with a simple dinner each night. It’s dark, strong and rugged, just like the place it hails from.
We never have headaches in the morning.
Of course, we drank more than a bit of the Tacana from Bill’s vineyard in Gualfin. That’s my favorite wine of all. The picture above is one I took of Bill’s daughter Mariah on one of our excursions in Gualfin.
If you’ve never tried Bill’s wine and want to, go to this link. The business is run by his sons Will and Jules. They’ve set up a special deal for BPR readers. We get a small commission on any sales.
Until next time!
Tom
PS At the moment, Bill’s wine only ships to readers in the United States. Sorry! They’re working on shipping it abroad.
Safe travels back to London. To bad it has gotten so bad there, so be safe and careful. Awesome job on educating your kids. They are learning more than they would in a classroom.
I dont drink alcohol but I have put the valley on my bucket list.
