Having to have CODE to my phone then entered to be able to recieve info I am paying you to generate and send to me seems stupid any very annoying. I’m not trying to see my bank balances. But to access info I pay you to generate and send. Get real and easier to use or I won’t be renewing my subscription. I have no problem at all. I get emails right to my inbox and also have the Substack app on my phone and just tap the icon there and usually read the columns there rather than my email. No codes or login problems at all. I think you are doing something wrong.
I don't have any of that mate? The login is via Substack not BPR.
The way it works for me is I receive the emails. I then read them and then click the heart for a like or the comment icon to get to the comments in a browser. That's it, no log on required.
While I'm not as annoyed as Ronald Gray, I'm also not finding it as easy as I'd like to deal with Substack either. I value BPR enough to put up with the annoying characteristics of Substack, but do hope someday things will be made easier.
