Yes Bill, your consistent negative feedback on our current administration’s successes is why I’m dropping my subscription with BPR, as hundreds of other dear readers have this past year. So many good things happening in our country and all you do is continue with your TDS and warped narrative. You have been preaching the end of the world for years now. Maybe one day you will be right, because it’s the one thing in life that is guaranteed for us all. Anyway, wishing you all a wonderful weekend and America’s continued success and prosperity with our current leadership and the best President we have had in many decades🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸God bless America and those who fight for her🙏

I can appreciate your position Steve but you should stay focused and continue to express your opinion. And besides it is great sport; it gets my day going. I enjoy the reader's diverse opinions that both agree and disagree with my positions This forum is so American.

Steve L's avatar

Thank you Tom, and agree on the forum being a great American asset. Unfortunately, our host is not. Stay well my friend and as always, best wishes 🙏

Glad I looked at the comments today. I'm with you as far as Bonner goes. He's pretty much had TDS-addled brain disease for a long time. But I don't subscribe for his inane comments. I do it for Dan's and Tom's. I rarely get through one of Bonner's columns anymore as it's not worth my time. And I'm reading these comments less and less. Helps me avoid morons like Neff and James F.

Trump automatically became the worst president ever when he attempted to remain in power via a coup when he lost the election of 2020. Easily beat out James Buchanan, the

previous place holder. In his first administration he at least had a few adults - now it's

only myrmidons who don't mind carrying out his nutty policies. Bye bye Steve L.

Steve L's avatar

Yes James, “It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.”

Stay the fight, only a clouded sprit would fail to acknowledge the danger of mail in voting.

Steve L's avatar

The most corrupt fraudulent election in American history, if not the world, and the deranged leftist continue to push the lie on their ignorant and delusional followers. Truly useful idiots in the making…as history repeats 🤔

FVM's avatar

And the enemies of Trump gave us an even worse replacement. BB's'point remains getting very dysfunctional rulers is telling us something about the ppth that got us here and where we find ourselves: rulers and aspiring rulers who can do little but flail around and try to stick each other with the blame for the bad results, or pretend that problematic results are great. MAXIMUM SAFETY MODE remains the prudent state to occupy.

Steve L's avatar

Yes FVM, we have had the choice between two disasters for many decades now. Those who run the show make sure that either pick guarantees their agenda. I believe that Trump is not on the side of the powers that are and he is in the process of kicking up so much 🫏💩that even to most ignorant, delusional and deranged of the democratic cult will have to face the consequences of their insanity. It’s already happening and I see a total Meltdown for the party of severe mental illness. I believe we are all witnessing the end of the dem cult of insanity.🙏. All of these incredible positive changes coming to America make me so grateful that the corrupt left is failing, miserably, not only here, but everywhere. Sitting up here in the most wonderfully beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, makes me appreciate life and our incredible country even more than ever before. God is good🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Cartero Atómico's avatar

If Trump is not on the side of the powers that are could you tell me why George Soros protege Scott Bessent is in charge at the Treasury? Then why is Howard Nutlick still in charge at Commerce. Nutlick is a Wall Street speculator who thought Epstein was a creep but visited his Island anyway. Then Little Marco Rubio at the State Department. Trump once called Marco a lightweight choker and Marco called Donnie a conman but, no matter, Marco is definitely Deep State. I believe both teams are full of corrupt sociopaths. But if Donnie is so great why is our budget deficit for fiscal year 2026 heading towards $2 trillion?

Steve L's avatar

🥱 at least you are consistent with your hatred for everything American! Politics is a little different than business, with idiots knocking each other and then siding up to manage their agenda for larger pockets. Trump is not and never will be a politician. As you know, business is business and this country needed a good businessman to slow down its inevitable demise. So take a deep breath, sit back and enjoy the coming shit show and ending of the democratic cult of derangement and death 😊

Cartero Atómico's avatar

Do you really believe Trump is a good businessman? I was living in Philly when Donnie bankrupted his casinos. At the time he was as much a New York liberal as a conservative so you cannot attribute press coverage of the bankruptcy to liberal media bias. His casinos failed at a time Atlantic City had no competition on the East Coast. In fact gambling degenerates with whom I worked frequently said "Let's make a run" to the AC casinos after work. Plus, Trump stiffed several small contractors when he went bankrupt causing serious hardships for them. Do you have any evidence he's a successful businessman? Maybe he's just good at self promotion, a film flam man or as Rubio once said a con artist.

In my humble opinion Woodie Wilson outranks all of them when it comes to Worst Presidents. He gave us the Federal Reserves, the Federal Income Tax, the beginning of the War on Drugs and most importantly entry into WWI. Despite the fact that he campaigned against joining Britain and France in the war Woodie utilized a successful propaganda campaign to get the US into the war. Without our entry into the war Grok believes this "The war likely ends in a negotiated peace or a limited German victory by late 1918 or 1919, without a crushing Allied win". Thus no crushing terms on Germany which sowed the seeds for WWII.

Tom Langdon's avatar

Just so you know Carteto, there is absolutely nothing humble about you, if your writings are representative of you, and I believe that they are.

Cartero Atómico's avatar

Like Ray Charles once sang "You don't know me". Maybe instead of criticism show me where I'm wrong.

Tom Langdon's avatar

Oh that was not criticism it was simply an observation, but the fact that you perceived it as criticism is good indicator that my observation was indeed correct.

Steve L's avatar

I’m happy AI is here to educate you my friend! Most leftist never learn 😊

Cartero Atómico's avatar

I'm not a leftist or a rightist. I used the AI just to support my argument. I've read several sources that back up this theory. Why Wilson wanted to go to war is debatable, some believe it was for JP Morgan and other Banksters who were afraid of losing money they had lent to Britain and France. Do you have any info on this?

Steve L's avatar

All very old news my friend. Of course it was the European bankers that controlled the entire campaign. All of the leaders were just puppets playing God with millions of lives. As you know, war is big business. Almost as big as our current corruption, USAID, NGOs, Green New Deals, Covid, War on Drugs, War on Terror, War on and on and on………………ad infinitum…..have a beautiful weekend 🙏

Paul McGinn's avatar

Stay. Let’s encourage Bill to unleash his criticism on congress. Both parties. When congress failed to enact the NDA bill to expose their indiscretions, that was enough for me.

Eid's avatar

He has not spared the incompetence of Congress or democrats…I truly enjoy and look forward to the historical lessons…best reading anywhere

Yes Mr Neff…speaking of ignorant, delusional and deranged…thank you 🙏

James F, Tom Langdon, and Steve L: Hang in there guys. These daily chats make life interesting. I think our biggest challenge is to make sure we understand the primary trend. If we can stay with things that hold their value long term at least will be able to eat in the years ahead. All these knee jerk activities will drive us crazy if we loose focus. Have a good weekend.

Jim Marshall

Mackinac's avatar

It seems quite likely that knee jerk response to ALL this nonsense is not a good choice. I like your perspective, Jim.

I’m following the interesting and contrarian financial advice on the Bonner paid site. Good to hear the advice that goes against the prevailing wisdom. I am, however, wondering how much longer I can put up with the daily negativity from Bill Bonner. His TDS seems to color his remarks and leave no space for any opposing ideas or thoughts that he may not be right on. The ability to see opposing views and thoughtfully consider seems to have been lost.

Phil Graham's avatar

Except this time may be different - at least temporarily. Unlike the previous bubble peaks - we now have a Fed and Treasury that will deploy unlimited volumes of printed/created currency with no reservations or limitations. We have a Federal Government that must have the tax income from the never ending stock market capital gains to keep the game going. Everyone has a vested interest in keeping up appearances - at least nominally - and I fear that like any good criminal enterprise, there are multiple sets of books - and the volumes of off the official books currency already deployed would shock the world if fully revealed. Real inflation is likely already at or beyond double digits - the government efforts at obfuscation of the real numbers are almost comical at this point. A full on lengthy crash is unlikely - rather inflation will far outstrip the nominal gains going forward as we creep towards a Weimar reality...Americans should be keeping pictures of Germans pushing wheelbarrows of cash to purchase a loaf of bread in the front of their minds. The PTB seem determined to follow Von Havenstein and Diocletian down the same path - as they always have...

Steve L's avatar

No fear Phil! I would highly recommend lots of all the sweet assets I’ve been promoting over the years here. Lots of gold, silver, platinum. Even more crypto and lead, and a support network that believes the same things. No need for wheel barrels when you can rely on yourself, and others who have the same beliefs.😊

Tom Langdon's avatar

Steve, what do you think about the possibility of a windfall tax if metals go to the moon, which I expect them to do? I have heard upwards of 90 percent. No sure what to think.

Steve L's avatar

We already seen metals go to the moon, and I believe that silver will hit $300 next year and gold at least double. Next year is also the end of this cycles crypto winter, and it will go through the moon in the next cycle(2027-2030)🚀🚀🚀 If the Save Act passes, along with the voting redistricting, I honestly can’t see another leftist government for many years. That should stop the corruption and incompetence we see in every democrat run state and city. The great cleansing is coming. If the left doesn’t push us into another civil war, America will not need to tax Americans, just by cleaning up the corruption of the left, hundreds of billions will be available for the True American people😊 Hopefully the rest will be in prison and mental institutions where they belong 🙏

Invector's avatar

I like your optimism, Steve, but I'm afraid the civil war you alluded to is inevitable. The "progressive" left in this country are no longer just hinting at violent revolution, but many are now outright advocating it.

Stay locked, stay loaded, stay alert.

Tom Langdon's avatar

Yes, you are more optimistic th

me so let's hope you are right.

Tom Langdon's avatar

Yup a "soft" default playing out over time.

Xavier Narutowicz's avatar

It all depends on where you get your news, and that depends on mindset. It is the chicken or egg first argument.

What creates a mind set? Where do core beliefs come from?

What is reality?

What we have in America, the modern world, is that the basis for pragmatism, reality, is in some kind of suspension.

It is because people believe the big lie. Why?

What effect does modern media, scientific mental manipulation, propaganda, advertising, have on our puny minds?

We are all in a giant “Truman” show.

That chart is reality. Stocks are a bubble. We live in a bubble, and some people are making big money knowing and betting on what Trump says next.

Some form of realty must intrude on the party…eventually, if not sooner.

"But today the job description - like the weather - has changed".

Actually; the climate has changed...

Do we assume the same weather?

Cartero Atómico's avatar

"There is absolutely nothing humble about you" is an observation not a criticism? Maybe respond with the evidence that indicates I'm not humble. Perhaps your definition of humble is different than mine.
